Some of the most unethical, duplicitous, incompetent people in leadership roles that I have seen in healthcare. The new CEO has made some serious errors in assembling his "new and improved" BAMSI. I left because I could no longer sit in meetings with colleagues who intentionally lied to EOHHS, DDS, DPPC, DMH & CARF. Lowest paid employees are forced to do the work of their lazy peers and supervisors and gaslit into being grateful; the fear of reprisal and termination is palpable, especially in Administration.
