Leadership team also think presenting attrition data in a misleading way is acceptable and think employees are none the wiser - Salary doesn't keep up with inflation let alone the competition - Benefits is subpar and you have to pay a portion of it yourself and BCAA is convinced this is industry leading Theres some really awful things that happen in this organization same as any other. The only difference with BCAA is that they pretend they're not the same.
