      Avantages

      To be honest, it is hard to see any pros. There are a lot of promises in the beginning to push the employees to work abroad, but nearly nothing is followed.

      Inconvénients

      Working as an expat, the compensations and benefits are extremely low compared to the efforts and sacrifices which are demanded. There is no work/life balance. In addition, employees experience a total lack of career development opportunities.

      i consider Besix one of the leading companies to start investing in construction technology such BIM and its implementation in construction, i'm working as a BIM lead Structure at the Grand Egyptian museum an iconic project done all in BIM

      Working in construction means working under continuous pressure, especially for project coordinators. working in BIM as a start in coordination was a great learner and a chance to grab
