They do not provide feedback on your job performance but rather try to hide a toxic workplace environment with pretty words, free food, and swag. You might luck out if you have a technical background but watch out if you are not part of the technical staff cause there is definitely a bias between those who have higher education and those who do not. There is a sense of 'less than' for those that are not engineers. They encourage staff to share issues but really just to weed out those who speak their mind so they can let them go. Be aware of this company. They are misleading and treat employees like disposable garbage. Do not get suckered in.
