Avantages
BI-SAM recently revamped its mission and values - trust, innovation, and collaboration - and, has held true. BI-SAM put in place a strong executive team spread across Northern America, the UK and France who are focused on building/growing. BI-SAM's sales have an ever expanding reach into new territories, and BI-SAM launched a new SaaS product in April '15 which has great promise. In '15, a greater emphasis has been put on culture, mentorship, training/education and promoting from within.
Inconvénients
BI-SAM needs to onboard new resources in several departments and create a strategic growth plan. Of course, a demand for more staff means growth and expansion - so never a bad thing!
