      Avantages

      I have worked here for 3 years (2008-2011) and got promoted for my performance. The company transformed me to people Manager from an Individual contributor role andvwhen I left in 2011, I got a farewell to remember forever. The memories are still there with me.

      Inconvénients

      HR practices, Employee Benefits ( Like Gratutity, Provident Fund, ESOPs, Mediclaim, Term Insurance) are few things which should be added along with Salary as benefits.
