      Some good people at middle level and they do some nice projects, despite their dysfunction at the top.

      Inconvénients

      Management is top heavy and difficult with no clear leadership consensus on decisions. They renegade on several promises made to me when hired.

      High variation in project teams. Some run more smoothly than others.
