      Avantages

      Small company that is employee driven. Each person within the company fills different rolls depending on the project at hand.

      Inconvénients

      Because the company is smaller, projects often become very hands on. You may find yourself getting down and dirty at times.

      Avantages

      Management is transparent and honest. People are friendly and helpful. It is led by people that care.

      Inconvénients

      The only negatives are those that are typical to any Engineering firm (occasional overtime, difficult deadlines, etc), although the management team tries to keep it to a minimum.
