Extremely toxic and unprofessional management - Avis employé Front Desk Receptionist Back In Action Medical Center

Supervisor is horrible to most employees except her friends or higher up management. Completely unprofessional, does not speak to you in a way a manager should speak to an employee. Pay is very little and the stress level is high. Always changing procedures (weekly), micro-managing. Did not provide any information regarding benefits after 90 days. Did not properly provide wages to department of labor. Did not provide access to pay stubs or PTO and underpaid wages. Supervisor did not address patient concerns and had front desk receptionists handle serious issues. They don't seem to care about the workers and patients, it's all about money.
