      Avantages

      It is a company very inclusive, with women and foreign people. I live outside the US and work 100% remotely and feel well supported, I have the tools the I need and they're very flexible about schedule, projects and tasks.

      Inconvénients

      The leadership could be better, sometimes when you hire your managers or leaders brand new, the gap can be huge and perhaps because of this, you might get asked non sense requirements.

      Avantages

      For young professionals BTTR is a great place to get acquainted with the business world and gain valuable skills associated with the CPG, Food space. You will have the opportunity to network, travel and work directly with motivated and creative people.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately BTTR suffers from the same cons as many millennial run companies in the Bay Area and turn over is high. The working environment is not designed to support long term career development - excessive hours, careless communication practices, lack of professionalism and impulsive decision making. Most importantly, the founders have done very little to support diversity and female empowerment in the work place and retention of these groups is extremely low.
