      Large long-lasting projects, clients are large well-known banks, no overtimes, good work-life balance, nice people.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes can be stuck on one project with no active growth, you don't choose projects that you want to take part on. Salary growth is subtle.

      Avantages

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Inconvénients

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
