Thank you for your review; it really sounds like we have disappointed you somehow. We are sorry if we let you feel that way. Backbase is a scale up organisation and as such we are going through many changes. All these changes are aimed at readying us for the future and addressing our current challenges at the same time. Due to this hyper growth mode we are not always yet at the level we would like it to be, but this is most probably recognisable for all organisations that are scaling.
