      Avantages

      Backbase in a fintech which is mainly into engagement banking , with good work culture and great benefits to the employees.

      Inconvénients

      However the target for sales team is not that easy to achieve that’s impacting overall hikes within the organisation and due to its single domain job at Backbase could be fragile at times

      Avantages

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Inconvénients

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
