      Pleasant attorneys, associates and staff, 100% flexible, workload is manageable

      Inconvénients

      Management changes has caused some resignations, communication could be better across departments, pay could be better, not a lot of opportunity for promotion

      The staff and lawyers are good people for the most part.

      Inconvénients

      Management needs to actually learn to MANAGE. They are slowly killing the company.
