We would like you to know that some of the concerns you shared are already being addressed, for example new processes and procedures are being implemented. In addition, there is a new performance review process that will help to mitigate underperforming employees and our managers are receiving leadership training. We feel that we have a family-oriented culture and at Baker family comes first – both our internal family and each employee’s family.
