      Avantages

      - The kitchen was always kept well stocked with drinks and snacks, available to everyone - Staff parties had a lot of thought and effort put into them - There weren't really any kind of boundaries between who you could interact with, the senior leadership sat in amongst everyone else

      Inconvénients

      - Lack of regular pay reviews. I went 3 years without it being looked at. - Lack of support. Systems I used to deliver my work were systematically removed - Senior managers were not beyond gaslighting

      Avantages

      Lay-back work environment and all they allow you to voice your opinion.

      Inconvénients

      They don't promote within and will go outside to promote and lack of communication between US and UK office.

      Avantages

      Good company product and both on mobile payments and mobile analytics. Interesting projects always looking to figure out new ways of implementing mobile payments and being an innovative company. Great office atmosphere and great CEO.

      Inconvénients

      All the company resources are in the UK so limited in regards to being a bigger company in the US. Good products but were never aggressive enough to take the next steps when other companies came in and took some of the market share. Office in the UK is fragmented especially on the developer side they tend to talk to anyone outside their team. Don't promote within and get outside hires that never really pan out.
