Avantages

Friendly and respectful culture. Everyone is trying hard and seeking to do their best, in spite of self-inflicted challenges

Inconvénients

Management makes uneven decisions, with poor planning. Despite pushing its Thrive values often, there is a pervasive culture of not listening, with inherent bias and pre conceived ideas, resulting in decision making that is neither rooted in data nor leveraging the expertise of subject matter experts and staff. Sales commission structure is also a problem with payout based on 1 year of revenue and paid quarterly across the year. No incentive to do long term ARR sales and sales team gets short end of stick with poor incentive recognition.

Avantages

Lay-back work environment and all they allow you to voice your opinion.

Inconvénients

They don't promote within and will go outside to promote and lack of communication between US and UK office.

Avantages

Good company product and both on mobile payments and mobile analytics. Interesting projects always looking to figure out new ways of implementing mobile payments and being an innovative company. Great office atmosphere and great CEO.

Inconvénients

All the company resources are in the UK so limited in regards to being a bigger company in the US. Good products but were never aggressive enough to take the next steps when other companies came in and took some of the market share. Office in the UK is fragmented especially on the developer side they tend to talk to anyone outside their team. Don't promote within and get outside hires that never really pan out.
