      Avantages

      There are times when you get to do engaging work when left alone.

      Inconvénients

      Advertise high pay and undercut upon hire Actual work does not match job description They do not supply uniforms, Clothing gets ruined very fast for shop workers.

      Thanks for the feedback you provided. Uniforms are a great idea which we will implement. We do believe very much in following procedures and having detailed systems; it is how we can assure quality and consistency in our products. We took a look at the job descriptions, but we do not have one for General Employment. If you felt you were treated unfairly, please do not hesitate to contact us.

      The people are all very helpful. Every job has work instruction that help you to get it right, so you know what management is looking for. Good pay and benifits.

      Inconvénients

      It is a small company, so you need to learn a lot of different skills. Not good for people who like ruts.
