      Avantages

      -They are willing to work with someone with little experience; good place to learn -Company paid health insurance premiums -Profit sharing -Hours can be flexible -Desire to work with customers well, have integrity, and be the best in the business -growing industry

      Inconvénients

      -They don't really know how to train people, just throw them into the fire -Pay is less than desirable when business is slow (profit sharing can be a large portion of salary) -Not ideal location -No feedback or evaluations -Not a lot of long term opportunity

      - Developed skills for drafting in AutoCad - Had on site visits - Developed and invited back

      Inconvénients

      - Lower paying than other internships -Repetitive assignments - Sometimes did meaningless tasks (copying, moving desks etc.)

      Avantages

      Very friendly and helpful environment. Management is very approachable and professional. The work was organized and easy to get acclimated with, encouraging team cooperation and quality work. Many opportunities for community development and socialization via sponsored events and outings, luncheons, birthday celebrations, profit sharing, etc. Clean cubicles and up-to-date technology. Helpful IT and support. Beautiful view and surrounding landscape. Very close to the interstate (If you must commute) as well as the city (For apartments, houses, etc.).

      Inconvénients

      Lower pay when compared with more populated areas, but that is to be expected from being based in a small town.
