Dept managers overworked, inept, and completely unaware of their support staffs duties, accomplishments, etc..
Dept managers looking to "surf" on the backs of their support staff--take credit for things not earned--a good boss should go to bat for a hardworking employee--thats why capitalism works!
Upper management/ownership more interested in getting their rear-ends kissed than demanding excellence from their people
POOR pay when compared to comparable positions in the Tulsa area, in the PRESENT ECONOMY
Men at the top (Ownership and staff) well compensated, so much so that you'd think the company is WELL ESTABLISHED, not just 2.5 years in business! Almost NO above and beyond effort put forth by bosses, yet severely underpaid employees expected to BUST it--employees told economy is tough, yet men at the top working AND EARNING as though its 2007 and the company is 35 years old!
