      Avantages

      Friendly bosses and good environment. Generally able to feel that employees are well taken care. Work-life balance is good. Looks to be growing regionally, so job prospect looks decent.

      Inconvénients

      Mostly limited to product and sales support as an engineer. As long as this is fine, then it should not be a problem.

      Very family friendly place to work. The people are caring and listen to your desires and needs.

      It is a German based company so all of product development is done there.
