      Decent pay for a non-profit.

      Inconvénients

      CEO is a bully. Most managers are young 1st time managers struggling to find their management style and “prove” they can do the job. Very catty, unprofessional, and extremely toxic environment.

      Avantages

      Most employees are very friendly and caring. The company's cause is great and it truly offers the community help at little to no cost. Intentions are great.

      Inconvénients

      Little to no benefits. Management is horrible. The CEO is a great person but everyone is so biased here. It sucks that its a great place with a great cause but working here honestly can be a drag. Even though you go to HR, they will be biased towards the CEO and seniority. Most out of work activities will be considered "volunteer work" and you will go unpaid.
