The CEO himself promised multiple times that work from home would be permanent, now he is demanding that people work from the office 2 days a week stating "he changed his mind". A lot of us has made life decisions based on the fact we wouldn't have to go back to the office such as moving away from montreal or get pets, now we are screwed. They did similar things elsewhere but no one else promised it was permanent. On top of that, he said if people left due to that decision, "they will be replaced".
