Avantages
As Bekaert Company is good. Having good facilities, Policies, Compensation. But when it comes to BENI department then its very werst, they run like a workshop. In higher position 4-5 people are their & it runs as per there way.
Inconvénients
For BENI- 1. Low package than market (upto 10LPA you will get good package after that not) 2. No job security 3. Favourisum If you are joining BIPL then it will be very good company in Pune but if you are looking in BENI then very horribul
