Avantages

Supportive management, a strong team environment, and the chance to take on real responsibility. A great place to build experience, develop skills and work alongside knowledgeable people who are willing to help and support each other. The company values hard work and creates a positive workplace atmosphere.

Inconvénients

Very few downsides overall. As the company continues to grow, some processes are still evolving, but leadership is proactive about improvements and feedback.

Avantages

Nothing good about this company. Totally disappointed working for them...

Inconvénients

I'd avoid working for this company. I've been promised a project completion bonus and they are refusing to pay my bonus. Worked so hard on their recladding project but Bell is refusing to keep their contractual promise. Totally disappointed.

Thank you for your feedback. BBP takes it's contractual commitments seriously, and we do pay out project completion bonuses where projects have been successfully completed. In this instance, the project referenced had not reached completion when the individual left the business, and significant outstanding works remained. We therefore do not accept the characterisation that the company has failed to meet its commitments. We remain committed to delivering projects to completion and treating employees fairly and professionally.
