Avantages
Aside from the great benefits and common sense approach to flexible working, for me, the thing that sets Bell apart from other employers I've worked for is the amazing culture, strong values, and fantastic people who have a real sense of pride in working here, and all want to pull together to see the business succeed. There's also an outstanding CEO and leadership team at the helm who are not only passionate about driving growth across the business, but also about doing the right thing by our people, customers, and partners. I can honestly say that joining Bell was one of the best career decisions I've ever made, and I'm incredibly proud to be a part of the team.
Inconvénients
I genuinely can't think of a bad thing to say about working for Bell. The pace of change - and growth - has been phenomenal in the two and a half years since I've joined, but I think that's made my job more interesting, and the ride a little more exhilarating. In summary, nothing but good things to say about my employee experience at Bell.
