      Avantages

      A very fun work environment where you get to learn about and work in all areas of the winery. Strong team culture and lots of areas for growth

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, but at the time I received tips and didn't mind. I have heard the management and work culture has changed since i've been there and is not more micromanaged.
