- Dismissive upper management. Sexual harassment and defamation was swept under the rug and told “it’s okay it stopped after a few weeks. - 60+ hours working weeks with no extra pay. - Low salary, was close to $16 an hour for an Assistant Manager and was told that’s high for that role in retail. - Changes within the store constantly, sometimes multiple changes within 1 day, changing all marketing and store set up over snd over.
