      Inconvénients

      Starting level position. Performance requirements were completely unrealistic with no one meeting requirements to move up to a selling position. While employed, there was one manager in charge of training and pitching all the deals for approx 15 agents. Hopefully things are better here now for anyone considering this position. The best part of this job by far were the other BDR agents but that’s not a reason to work here.

      Avantages

      Strong leadership - VP of Sales/Ops leads by example. Great company culture and healthy work life balance. Nice perks - free Friday lunches, occasional rewards and special events.

      Inconvénients

      Fast-paced environment with some growing pains.
