Avantages
The work is fine, the work is flexible in terms of time and is completely remote, it is easy to ask for days off if the client allows it.Depending on the client you have you can work as much as you want
Inconvénients
- It is difficult to escalate or get a raise - They always try to pay as little as possible - Better Pros keeps half of the customer's payment to the employee so you get paid much less than you should be receiving - It is very complicated to maintain a constant salary when the workload varies for the client and it is very low, there is not much you can do in those cases.
