      Inconvénients

      Micro-management, unrealistic sales goals, not enough payroll for the size of the stores, threatening to fire SM/ASM's as a form of motivation

      Avantages

      It was a great part time job as a college student. They worked around my schedule for my classes and I learned a lot from my coworkers.

      Inconvénients

      Being young, I didn't have any experience with the different types of beer or wine. There is no training for it so when customers come up to you and ask you for help or opinion on a type of alcohol, it was a bit embarrassing.
