It’s a great place for people who are innovative, adaptable, and open to change. If you enjoy learning and evolving with new tools, you’ll do well here. That said, if you prefer very structured environments or tend to resist change, this might not be the best fit. The pace and mindset here definitely favor those who are forward-thinking and willing to embrace new ways of working.

Not really a con to me, but if you don't like coming to the office 2-3 times a week, it may not be a good role for you.
