Supportive leadership who want you to thrive. If you aren’t interested in pushing the company in the correct direction there is no point in joining. After moving to a start up, I decided to return to Bio Basic, considering I had offers from bigger companies, returning was the best decision I could have made. Once you have trust from management you aren’t treated like a child or micromanaged like other roles. You are supported to be the best that you can be, providing you put in the effort to accomplish your goals. Furthermore, the support and understanding for my mental and physical well-being (from management), that I received during my first stint at Bio Basic would not be extended at other companies, they may say that they will offer it, but rarely would this be genuine.
Inconvénients
There is no health insurance or gym membership included as with other business development or account management roles. However, the financial remuneration for the role is sufficient to bridge these gaps. The commercial side of bio basic is very much for a motivated self starter.
