      There should be fairness in hiring, and they listened to your work and travel preferences.

      Inconvénients

      My department was way too big, a lot of wage fraud from workers and management. Didn't pay for overtime for some people; it got so bad that a group of people ended up suing.

      No raises in the past 3 years. Company has been going multiple rounds of layoffs and divestitures in the past 5 years.
