      Avantages

      Company does interesting work and is profitable at the expense of its employees, VP of HR does not know enough about HR to know if you are doing a good job or not.

      Inconvénients

      Compensation is below market by design, under staffed and over worked, high attrition, inconsistent policies, decisions are made by loudest voice and clout instead of reason

      Great benefits, solid work life balance, great training and resources

      Inconvénients

      Constant reorganization and very little transparency from Senior Management.

      Avantages

      Good place to get your foot in the door and gain experience. Coworkers and management were friendly though experience is department dependent. Flexible hours.

      Inconvénients

      Not a lot of room for growth. Occasionally, work is thrown at the last minute, so communication should be improved. Salaries are lower compared to other companies. Don't like the direction the upper management is taking.
