many colleagues are great and work hard despite little recognition

Inconvénients

Virtually no female or minority sales managers...extremely old school, white male oriented management structure No opportunity for growth Completely undervalued by managers Office based sales reps paid less than customer service colleagues Marketing disconnected from everything and everyone

Great benefits, solid work life balance, great training and resources

Constant reorganization and very little transparency from Senior Management.

Avantages

Good place to get your foot in the door and gain experience. Coworkers and management were friendly though experience is department dependent. Flexible hours.

Inconvénients

Not a lot of room for growth. Occasionally, work is thrown at the last minute, so communication should be improved. Salaries are lower compared to other companies. Don't like the direction the upper management is taking.
