This company has gone through immense growing pains. There have been several changes in leadership and the work culture is now very team oriented focused on customer and employee satisfaction. The people in this company all work very hard and really care about each other.

A lot of change has happened over the last year which is typical of a small company however can create a sense of instability.

Some really hard working people who are great to be with at the working level. Decent salary. Nice schedule, they like to spend lots of money on parties.

Unbelievably bad decisions made by upper management who don't listen to the people who could help make sound decisions. High level of infighting by senior management who don't even communicate among themselves. Place blame on others when their bad decisions bite them back.
