Avantages
Good people and former family owned company was great. The Barrett's took care of people. Reasonable working hours and family time respected. Layoffs done recently...at least most people given a decent notice period.
Inconvénients
New CEO from ERT is not truthful. He does town halls and promises one thing and then delivers another. Very broken processes and no one takes ownership of fixing the root cause. Animosity between operations and development. Managers do not help solve issues when raised around delivery issues. Lack of diversity in leadership team. I have seen only two females and all others are white males. Imaging seems to be the only business that matters going forward and that is the only executive who is regularly onsite from ERT.
