The people used to be the best part about the company, yet everyone forgets that especially those at the top.
Inconvénients
The list of cons goes on forever, but what stands out the most is that no one at the company is working as a collective anymore. The CEO has only fostered fear within the company and have allowed poor leadership decisions to impact the company's bottom line. Teams are forced to work under large amounts of stress, ambiguity, lack of direction, bullying from coworkers, and much more. Many people at the company do not feel heard and are scared to speak up.
