Avantages
The people I work in with Singapore is great and friendly. Mostly younger crowd between mid 20s and not many older than 40, resulting in a modern way of communicating and working. Decent benefits, HR and admin do their best to keep employees happy. Company is generous in good times and subpar in bad times, in a cyclical crypto derived market, values loyalty.
Inconvénients
Culture could still feel Chinese for some although company has taken dramatic steps towards embracing a more western culture, thus non-chinese might find it daunting to fit in certain business units, not impossible. Upper management could treasure loyalty to a fault, resulting in many stalwarts in the company that used to be good but became complacent; now doing less in roles and positions that demands more, including leading and managing people. Frustrating when you are directly on the other side of this, and even if not, it's deadweight for the company.
