This is a dodgy company that expects you to work on Saturday which they called it Enhancement day. Working on Saturday is also not included within the employment contract, but it is compulsory for everyone which is super dodgy. The company also expects you to be 24/7 on after office hours and on weekend. This toxic "always on" culture is not sustainable resulting in high turnover rate. Don't expect anyone to respect your time. If the management or leader wants to set a meeting outside of office hours, you have no choice but to follow, or be prepared to get a bad review. Plenty of useless meetings that are not meaningful and is a waste of resources and time. Most of these weekly or biweekly meetings for the regional stakeholders have no after action items. People are spending time preparing these useless meetings than getting the actual work done. That's why you need to keep hiring more people but with no actual productivity improvement net net. For company of this scale, most dashboards should be automated and have people self-help than spoonfed. Most people are just scking thumb staying on because they have no other job options.
