      Salary was on time, nothing else positive.

      Inconvénients

      Management created a toxic environment. Open communication was discouraged. Employee growth was not supported. Feedback was rarely taken seriously. Favoritism and office politics were common. Culture felt unwelcoming unless you were from Andhra Pradesh.
