      Great talent here, I hope it remains like that in the future.

      Layoffs due to crypto winter, however, the company over hired people in just 18 months or so.

      Avantages

      Design has nice people to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership seems to have no idea what they're doing, constantly changing direction without addressing the root cause. Roles are being eliminated, and those who stay absorb the extra workload, so burnout is a constant theme. Many ex-employees take a sabbatical after leaving Bitso just to recover.
