      Co-workers - the people below management are trying hard, they just dont have the ability to drive change or get anything done.

      Inconvénients

      Huge dysfuction across management team with outdated concepts of hierarchy, political power grabs and zero accountability. Managers hold their teams responsible for problems they should be fixing but arent and then get aggressive when things fail. The worst of the banking/ finance industry in terms of leadership and culture.
