Avantages
There is nothing like pros everything just spoils your creativity, thinking and career. you would be useless if you compete with other peoples in IT.
Inconvénients
1) There is a lot of politics in the company, which downgrades the enthusiasm of the employee 2) You will not get any salary slips and documents even if you are in dire need of that. 3) They ask teir employees to put good reviews on glassdoor, the HR persons puts fake reviews on the glassdoor, all good reviews you will see are posted by HR persons. 4) The seniors or team leaders are not technically strong so they cant guid their juniors, they just make excuses. 5) one manager was so dumb that he didnt even know basics of OOPs 6) you can figure it out yourself that they are double-dealing with their employees:- ex. company name is = biz secure labs. company website is = indiaantivirus.com product name is = Net protector antivirus 7) the fresher should get to work and do actual coding and build softwares but the real scenario is fresher will not anything to code they will just tell you to study the project. We grow as per the conditions and peoples in our surrounding, so even if a good techie joins this company he becomes like others who are not technically strong and politics minded peoples. my advice is dont joint the company if you want to grow continuously.
