Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Great atmosphere at the office. Dogs, lax dress code, coffee. Laid back coworkers. Sense of purpose knowing sales and media are benefitting veteran organizations. This is a decent company to start at if you are single, no kids, no one depending on you.
Inconvénients
Very little job security since going public. You never know if the board is cutting your position. Seems to be a revolving door of directors and VP's. Lack of consistency in career progression across the departments. Salaries for non-execs seem to be lower than industry standards; we're paid in fun. This is a sketchy place to work if your family depends on your paycheck.
