      Avantages

      Amazing coffee and I loved the work we were able to do within our community. The retail support teams were phenomenal and always there to help.

      Inconvénients

      Inconsistent leadership direction. Very little support from the District Manager level. Little to no development or coaching from direct report. Standards and operational procedures constantly changing. Inconsistent experiences from customer level all the way through to General Manager with no explanation of why from upper management.

      Free T-shirts, drinks, and nice people.

      Inconvénients

      Could get really busy sometimes. Morning shift had to wake up early.
