      Avantages

      Amazing client base. Constantly working on strategic projects across clients you own and get to know like family over the years. Offices in cool cities (NY, Raleigh, Austin, Santa Barbara). We call it the Hotel California because the team members tend to stay forever. The office environment is casual and the travel is fun. Great outings. Great benefits. Great mentorship.

      Inconvénients

      It's not for everyone. The pace is busy. The clients are super smart and expect to be working with the best.

I've been working for Blast for 6 years - and everyday brings something new to learn, share and grow from both professionally and personally. We are a small niche agency, and treat each other like family. We value each other professionally and personally - in a nurturing environment.

      Can be stressful - what PR agency isn't? It's a fast paced fun environment.
