low stress work environment. Task are easy and computer program used is not hard to understand and learn. Great career opportunities but you start out as a temp. and as a temp your status as an employee is highly volatile.

will let temps go in very short notice. I only worked as a temp here for a week and was enjoying my time working for bloodsource. While only been trained for 3 days, blood source decided to terminate my contract the morning after we were discussing my schedule for the rest of the week. I was about ready to leave for work that day until i received a call from my temp agency notifying me that my contract has been ended. I do not know whether I was failing to meet their expectation or they just did not need me anymore or possibly their IT department has not figured out how to enter my information in the system. In my opinion their hiring practice is terrible. I was shocked to learn of my termination on my third day, even when i was still in training (i was happy to work for them.... I even spent the night before studying their SOP's and Safetrace). dont trust temp agencies and do not trust companies that treat their newly hires like trash.
