      Avantages

      I originated from a family-owned dealership. Blue Compass runs their nationwide corporation, in a sense, the very same way as the family dealership with tremendous care for each employee, and they are truly dedicated to the customer as well. The opportunities are unlimited in this company for all who want to make RVs a great career.

      I don't see any cons at this time working for Blue Compass.

      Great place to work. Management is supportive and understanding. Team building is highly supported and implemented.

      Avantages

      You have the opportunity to make really good money

      Inconvénients

      Manager will definitely screw you out of potential earnings. Talks down to his employee's. Thinks he's better than his employee's. The shop foreman will give all the easy money jobs to her chosen few techs. Service advisors will screw you out of hours on jobs then get made at you because you won't fix it for free. But yet they still charge full amount of hours that only they get paid for
